Welcome to The Coral, a beautifully designed four-story residence located in the heart of downtown Charleston. This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of historic Charleston charm and modern city living. The space Welcome to The Coral, a multi-level rental designed for comfort and convenience. The first floor features a welcoming entryway with easy access to the rest of the home. On the second level, you’ll find a bright, open-concept kitchen and living room—perfect for gathering, cooking, and relaxing together. All bedrooms are thoughtfully located on the third and fourth floors, offering added privacy and a quiet retreat separate from the main living and entertaining spaces. Bedroom 1: Queen bed with a private en-suite bathroom; 3rd floor Bedroom 2: Full size bed; 3rd floor Bedroom 3: 2 Full Size beds; 4th floor Bedroom 4:Two twin beds with a twin trundle bed; 4th floor *Please note that there is no elevator on-site* Parking: There are two (2) off-street parking spaces available for small to mid-size vehicles. Guest access 🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues. Other things to note 🚫 Pets are NOT Allowed: As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee. 🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors. 🧳 Luggage Drop-Off: We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service. 🏙️ Noise Notice: Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that: ⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. ⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours. ⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location. ⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise. 🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
