Clean room, charming little hotel in a peaceful neighborhood. Bikes were available to ride, which was nice for adventuring around the neighborhood. Host was helpful & responsive, would definitely book again!

Great place to stay.  Close enough to downtown for easy trips but in an area that’s relatively quiet.  Enjoyed our visit and would stay again.

Place was in a great location for walking to King St. Mostly satisfied but there were some issues. Dishwasher didn't work, new gas grill only had one burner that worked, and the stove had not been cleaned and so we made some baked potato's and it set the fire alarm off for about 10 minutes. Parking for more than one car was an issue. It's a 10 minute walk to the parking garage they recommended. House had been recently remodeled and was nice. Maybe leave a broom somewhere.

Beautiful homes, excellent location, very responsive hosts. Very loud as Spring St is a main road, nothing the host can do about it of course, just a note for light sleepers.

Our stay was lovely!  It is beautifully decorated and very clean. There is a lot of blue light in the room if that affects you. Thankfully I had an eye mask. Our only real complaint is that it is not 1 block off king as stated in the title though the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Host was very responsive and friendly.

This was one of the cleanest airbnbs we have stayed at. The beds were great. We were a block away from fun restaurants, but the pink house was quiet and extremely tidy. <br/>There is nothing bad to say about the house. However, it has a really narrow driveway, and we were holding our breath as we backed our rental Ford Explorer out each time we left. A smaller car would be easier. <br/>We were two adults, a teenager and a toddler. We all enjoyed the pool after some historical walking downtown.

The Present was the perfecto place to stay for a long weekend in Savannah. Every employee from the present we interacted with was AMAZING and so kind. They helped us with getting the bikes adjusted so we could ride the bikes, and we’re so friendly and greeted us kindly every time. Our view from our windows was also gorgeous, and the space was perfect. We would absolutely come back and stay here!

This Place was awesome! I was in town for business and wanted to stay near king st. The room I had was so clean and the bathroom was spotless! It was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! They had a really nice pool but I didn’t get to try it out. But it was super nice and will come back in. The 3 parking spots were small but I was able to pull a large SUV in and out.

Great location just a few blocks from King Street.  Everything is walkable.  Really enjoyed the home.  It was perfect for two couples.  I’d have no reservation recommending it to family or friends.

We always enjoy staying at The Present in Savannah. The location is unbeatable for the leice, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The hospitality is consistently excellent, and the amenities truly elevate the experience. The space itself is roomy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, everything feels intentional and well cared for. It’s become one of our go-to spots whenever we’re in town.

Close Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. CVS and Target are also walkable for necessities. Alex was a great communicator. He responded promptly to my messages. The bedroom, bathroom and Kitchen were well cleaned.

We had a great stay at this property! The three bedrooms and two baths were the perfect set up for our sisters’ weekend away. We really appreciated the plentiful bath towels and the no fuss checkout routine. This place is an easy and safe walk to King Street with lots of good breakfast options along the way. Helpful communication with the hosts made for a great stay.

We had a blast using this AirBnB for a bachelorette party! The living area was very spacious and perfect to hangout in. The rooms were comfortable, but weren’t very spacious. It was walking distance to King St and so many cool and fun bars & restaurants. Also, the owners were very quick to respond to any of our messages which we appreciated.

This house is located 2 blocks from bustling King st with shopping and dining galore! We rented this for a wedding in Charleston and we were within one mile from every event going on. The hosts were incredibly communicative and super friendly. If you want to be close to where it’s all going on this is the place to rent!

We had a great time staying at Gardenia House B! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful from booking through the end of our stay. The house was great for a group- 4 full bathrooms and comfortable beds. You can easily walk to great coffee shops, restaurants and King St. We have a group of 9 and everyone was comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here!

This was such a great find. It’s beautiful. Home had that Charleston charm that you’re looking for.  The beds are so comfortable. My only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. We weren’t able to take advantage of the pool.<br/>Michelle Gibson

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.  The aesthetic and attention to detail in the restoration of this home are wonderful.  The neighborhood is very walkable.  It is close to the MUSC campus so there is the expected hospital noise/traffic, but that was not at all an issue for us.  We loved the welcome gift and the provisions in the common area.  We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed for a spring weekend as a family of four, and though we had a hiccup the first night the staff were responsive and able to make it right. This boutique hotel is set immediately adjacent to a small but beautiful public square with a gazebo and basketball court. Easy 10min walk to N historic district and an 8min bike ride to Forsyth Park.   My kids loved that the horse and carriage rides went right by the room. Parking was plenty but you do have to keep up with the meter. It was a nice touch that the staff cleared our cars off from the yellow pollen during our stay… we didn’t drive once in two days and chose to walk and bike instead! Looking forward to an return trip and exploring further while enjoying this clean and quiet space for rest after a busy day.

Great place with an abundance of little touches with snacks and things to drink. Very clean and homey. Easy communication !

Lovely home, well kept. Great neighborhood and close enough to the beach.  The only thing that I would improve on is the Wifi. We attempted to connect our devices to the network but with no luck. I will definitely recommend this property to others.

This was our second visit to The Present and we were as pleased this visit as we were the first. The property has modern emenities with a nod to history. The building retains much of the character that is anticipated when staying in a historical town. The managers were very responsive and proactive in ensuring that guests have a positive experience. The location is near quiet residential areas and is within walking distance to all of the tourist draws of historical Savannah. We will return to The Present on our next visit to beautiful Savannah.

The Pink Palm was very clean, decorated so cute - the wallpaper in each room was the star.  Our Grandkids appreciated having a small heated pool.  Very pleased with our stay.
