The space The Sage Suite🌿 features three spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking appliances and utensils, air conditioning plus portable fans in each bedroom. This is a lower level unit featuring 3 comfortable bedrooms so you can enjoy a relaxing sanctuary after long days in downtown Charleston. The Sage Suite🌿 offers a walkable location just one block from the restaurants and shops of King Street, less than a 20 minute drive from both the airport and Charleston’s beautiful beaches. - Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families. This is a licensed short term rental operating under the permit number OP2024-05432 and Business License BL026170-11-2021 Guest access 🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues. Other things to note 🚫Please note: There is a large, city-approved construction project underway behind the home. Because of the proximity, daytime noise is possible and can be noticeable at times. Work is outside of our control and is not related to Curated Vacation Properties or the home itself. Crews typically operate during standard daytime hours and we do not expect activity in the evenings. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions 🚫 Pets are NOT Allowed: As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee. 🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors. 🧳 Luggage Drop-Off: We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service. 🏙️ Noise Notice: Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that: ⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. ⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours. ⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location. ⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise. 🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit. Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined. 🏠 We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors. 🔌 We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control. ❄️ Charleston homes are built for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating. 🧹 If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning. 🚗 Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas. 🚫 Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation. 🌀 Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances: ⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made. ⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans. ⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind. ✅ By confirming your booking, you agree to the Rental Agreement Policy available on our company website. 📞 If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to reach out prior to your stay.View More
