The space This beyond-spacious suite offers a luxurious retreat with a plush King bed and a comfortable Queen flip sofa. Our flip sofas feature a sleek, low-profile design with high-density foam cushioning that's perfectly firm and nicely rounded (please note, once opened, it sits directly on the floor). The suite also includes a dedicated work desk area with stunning treetop views overlooking beautiful Crawford Square. The en-suite, Insta-worthy bathroom is as spacious as many hotel rooms, featuring a gorgeous clawfoot tub and a separate tiled shower for ultimate relaxation. Original open beam ceilings, stained glass windows, a marble fireplace, and unique interior design finishes further enhance the charm of this suite. Located on the fourth floor, your private suite is accessed through common hallways and stairs, offering a secluded and peaceful escape. Guest access This is a fourth-floor unit accessible by three flights of stairs (please note, there are no elevators at the property). Located in the main tower, the suite can be reached via the main entrance off Houston St. or through the courtyard entrance off East McDonough St. Please note that The Present Hotel does not have a front desk. Self-check-in is available through your reservation boarding pass, which will be provided to all guests once booking is confirmed. Guest registration and identification verification are required for a smooth check-in process. Other things to note *Parking: Paid street parking is available Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM at $1 per hour. Parking is free on Sundays, holidays, and between 8 PM and 8 AM. *Housekeeping: The Present Hotel does not provide daily housekeeping during your stay.
