The space This charming ground-floor suite (no stairs!) offers ultimate privacy with its own separate entrance directly from Houston Street. Inside, you'll find two plush Queen beds, a cozy sitting area, and a spacious work desk. Unique interior design finishes enhance the suite's appeal, making it a favorite among guests. Enjoy the convenience of easy, direct access from Houston Street for a seamless stay. Guest access The room is located in the main tower of the property, accessible via the main entrance off Houston St. or the courtyard off East McDonough St. Please note that The Present Hotel does not have a front desk. Self-check-in is available through your reservation boarding pass, which will be provided to all guests once booking is confirmed. Guest registration and identification verification are required for a smooth check-in process. Other things to note *Parking: Paid street parking is available Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM at $1 per hour.
