Thoughtfully designed and comfortably appointed, the unit offers a relaxing home base for recharging between Charleston adventures. Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families. This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06546 and business license BL034113. Guest access šŸ”‘Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues. Other things to note 🚫 Pets are NOT Allowed: As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee. 🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors. 🧳 Luggage Drop-Off: We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard.
