A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues. šŸš— Parking There is a brick driveway to the left of the home that is able to accommodate 1-2 small to midsize vehicles when parked tandem style. Other things to note šŸ“Œ Rental Agreement Required To finalize your reservation, we require all guests to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation of your reservation. The agreement is standard and outlines important details such as house rules, liability waivers, and check-in procedures. A secure link will be sent after booking. šŸš« Pets are NOT Allowed: As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home, we reserve the right to charge a $500/pet fee and demand immediate removal. šŸš« No Alterations or Furniture Rearrangement Guests may not alter the home in any way, including moving furniture, wall decor, or fixtures. The home has been professionally arranged for guest comfort and safety. Additional charges may apply if items are found to be moved, damaged, or require reassembly. Moving furniture or making any alterations will incur a $500 fine + the cost of repair if needed. šŸš« This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence.
