The reserved parking spot is located in a parking lot approximately one block from the property. - Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families. - Sofa bed available upon request. It is not included in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area.
