The space The interior features an extra large primary bedroom with a King bed, a fireplace (non-working), and an en suite full bathroom. The Queen Bedrooms offer a large space, a fireplace (non-working), and antique furnishings. Across the hall you'll find a charming bedroom and plenty of closet space. Rooms share the full bath in the hallway. There is a full-size washer and dryer.The large living area features a queen-size sofa bed. The kitchen is newly renovated and includes open shelving and new appliances, as well as dining for 8. Flora House spans the entire top floor of a grand Charleston house built in 1905. With modern updated conveniences, Flora House also retains the charm of her old world beginnings, including original wood floors, fireplaces (non-working) and window panes. The Queen Bedroom offers a large space, a fireplace (non-working), and antique furnishings. Across the hall is a charming bedroom and plenty of closet space. Both rooms share the full bath in the hallway. There is a full-size washer and dryer. The living area offers a queen-size sofabed plus a nook office with huge windows and natural light. The kitchen is newly renovated and includes open shelving and new appliances. Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families. This is unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06570 Guest access Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist. Other things to note 🚫 Pets are NOT Allowed: As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee. 🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors. 🧳 Luggage Drop-Off: We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service. 🏙️ Noise Notice: Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that: ⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. ⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours. ⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location. ⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise. 🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
