It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 7 guests, and includes a private porch for relaxing outdoors. Whether you’re entertaining or unwinding after a day in the city, this property offers a warm and welcoming retreat in the heart of Charleston. The space This unit sleeps up to 7 guests: 2 in each of the bedrooms (3 bedrooms total) and 1 on the twin rollaway bed. The primary bedroom contains a king-sized bed and the two additional bedrooms contain queen-sized beds. Boasting a private porch and a short trip to historic King Street this property has everything you need! Off-street parking for one car included. This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06599 and Business License BL012767-10-2018 Guest access Guests have access to the front door through the keypad. The door code is given prior to the day of arrival. Other things to note 🚫 Pets are NOT Allowed: As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee. 🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard.
