This enchanting downtown Charleston home features two cozy bedrooms and two stylish bathrooms, perfectly blending rustic and coastal vibes. Natural wood counters complement the warm, inviting interiors, while traditional Southern charm shines through in the details. The space The interior features a corner Master bedroom with a King bed and adjoining full bath. The second bedroom is at the other end of the home and features lots of light. Second full bath is adjoining, as are a full-size washer and dryer. The living area serves as a flex space with a queen-size sofa bed plus two twin beds. Plenty of space for living or sleeping, depending on your needs! The kitchen is newly renovated and features marble countertops, open wood shelving, vintage look refrigerators, a coffee station, and seating for 8. Bedroom 1: King and a Twin Trundle Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Living Area: 1 Queen Sofa-bed PARKING: This unit offers ONE off-street parking spot. Additional parking is located a block away in the City of Charleston parking garage at a charge of $18 per day. Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families. This rental is fully legal and licensed with the City of Charleston: STR Permit OP2025-06299 and Business License BL020706-07-2020 Guest access Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist. Other things to note 🚫 Pets are NOT Allowed: As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee. 🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors. 🧳 Luggage Drop-Off: We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service. 🏙️ Noise Notice: Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that: ⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. ⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours. ⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location. ⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise. 🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
